In this post I am going to share with you how to get free stuff from PINCHme without having to take surveys. Do you like getting free stuff too? Then girl, you need to sign up for PINCHme because once a month PINCHme gives away a limited amount of free goods.
What is PINCHme?
I know what you’re thinking, “Well, what’s the catch?” And, you’re right, you should be skeptical of any company trying to send you something for free. However, I can sum it all up in just one word: marketing.
There are a couple of reasons why companies give away free products. It’s usually to get feedback and reviews, or they may give away products to help spread the word and get it into the hands of people who could potentially buy it in the future and especially share their experience with others. PINCHme helps these companies facilitate this by giving away the products for free.
In return for the free items PINCHme sends you, all they ask is that you leave an honest review of the product in return. No need to sugar coat anything either. Pinch me works on behalf of various companies to send out samples of new products to collect valuable feedback on their products.
A limited amount of free goods is only available once a month, but you do have the option to get more free items by filling out surveys or participating in trial offers. This is totally optional and I don’t do it.
I’ve had an account with PINCHme for quite a while now and have received some really cool items that I still use to this day (a Scotch Brite dishcloth). Most items are from well-known brands while other products may be from newer companies. The type of products vary, but it could be a single sample size or the full-size product. Products can range from vitamins, cleaning, food, cosmetics or just about anything in between.

How to get free stuff from PINCHme
- Sign up for PINCHme here
- You’ll receive an email once a month as to when free samples are available to claim. Usually, the samples become available on a Tuesday. However, you do have to claim the free samples on their website because they won’t automatically send them to you. I think they do that because there may be items you don’t want to get and leave feedback on (i.e. cat food if you don’t have any cats).
There are a limited number of samples available, so definitely stay on top of when they become available. I like to follow their Instagram account (@pinchme) because they also post reminders there.
- Once you’ve received your item(s), you do have to leave an honest review within the time frame they give you. They will send you reminder emails in case you forget like I do.
Most of the time you’ll leave the review on their website, other times they’ll ask you to go to the product website and leave the review. As a result, your review will allow you to qualify for more free items.
Other ways to get free and discounted stuff with PINCHme are through QWIZme and TREATme. QWIZme offers daily surveys that guarantee weekly exclusive sample boxes. TREATme is special offers and savings that PINCHme has sourced (usually free trials) they can send you these offers in a daily email.
Just so you know, I don’t do any quizzes and I’ve never used TREATme offer. These are available if you’d like to get additional freebies, but again, they aren’t required.
Example of products you could receive by signing up for PINCHme
I was sent over this VIP Box to share with you an example of some of the products you can get when you sign up, too.
The items that they offer are different every month. You could get single-use or full-size items. Oftentimes, you will also get generous coupons in each box as well.
Starbucks PLUS Coffee with 2x Caffeine, Dark Roast
Full size price: $9.81
Full size amount: 10 K-Cups
Starbucks coffee with two times the caffeine. The dark roast is supposed to be “well-balanced and rich with a dark cocoa texture.” They also recommend eating a piece of dark chocolates to bring out the sweetness.
I was scared of this one because I am very sensitive to caffeine and I prefer medium roast coffee. This is just like drinking 2 cups of coffee. If you like the taste of coffee or the coffee drinking experience, you should just drink the two cups. However, if you drink coffee simply for the caffeine boost and not the whole experience, this could be for you.
- Available in K-Cup pods
- Available in Blonde, Medium and Dark Roasts
Native Deodorant in Coconut & Vanilla
Full size price: $12
Full size amount: 2.65 oz / 75 g
An aluminum free deodorant that is supposed to go on easily and provide effective protection.
I tried using Tom’s of Maine a few years ago and I ended up breaking out in a rash and stinking. I was skeptical with this deodorant but tried it anyway. The scent was pleasant and it went on smooth. I didn’t break out and I didn’t stink, so I liked it just fine.
I will say this though: I wore it during the winter months, I didn’t exercise or do any hard labor, so take that into consideration.
The price point is high, but most deodorants like this come at a premium price.
- Formulated without aluminum, parabens, or sulfates.
- Cruelty free, not tested on animals
- Free shipping on all orders and free return shipping
- Goes on easy
Drunk Elephant Umbra Sheer Physical Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 30
Full size price: $34
Full size amount: 90 ml / 3 fl oz
There are two types of sunscreen: chemical and physical. This one is supposed to be a sheer physical sunscreen, containing 20% zinc oxide.
I don’t really know what makes up a sunscreen, but I do know that this is not sheer. This left a white cast all over my face that was hard to blend in. I was able to apply my makeup over it without any problems so it wasn’t a big deal.
If I start taking a deep dive into ingredients I may consider buying this, but for now I want to explore other sunscreens.
- Broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection
- Formulated without, “Animal Fats/Oils/Musks, Benzalkonium Chloride, Benzophenone, Bisphenol A (BPA), Butoxyethanol, BHA, BHT, Chemical Sunscreens, Coal Tar Dyes, -Cones, Detergent, Essential Oils, Ethanolamines (MEA/DEA/TEA), Formaldehyde, Fragrance, Hydroquinone, Liquid Petrolatum, Methyl Cellosolve, Methylisothiazolinone, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Mercury, Mercury Compounds, Mineral Oil, Oxybenzone, Parabens, Paraffin Oil, Phthalates, Polyethylene Glycol (PEGs), Resorcinol, Retinyl Palmitate, Siloxanes, Sulfates, Thimerosal, Toluene, Triclosan, Triclocarban”
Loreal Pure-Clay Mask Detox & Brighten
Full size price: $12.99
Full size amount: 1.7 oz / 48 g
A 10-minute face mask with 3 pure clays and charcoal. My face did feel cleaner after using it, but there wasn’t any standout difference.
Compeed Blister Cushions
Full size price: $15.50
Full size amount: Two packs of 5 cushions (10 total)
A cushion to wear when you have a blister on the back of your ankle. I totally thought I’d never use these because I wear chanclas almost daily. One day I went for a hike and wore shoes that were already broken in, but man did they mess up the balls of my feet. I ended up with a huge blister on the bottom of my foot and used this cushion which allowed me to be able to walk.
- Discreet and easy to apply
Pacha Soap Co Clarifying Charcoal with Activated Charcoal Powder
Full size price: $6
Highly scented soap that is infused with activated charcoal powder. Scent is lemongrass and peppermint.
I haven’t used this yet, but the fragrance is strong. I happen to like the way it smells but if that’s something you’re not into, you might want to look elsewhere.
- Purchase helps fuel clean water initiatives.
- Ethically sourced ingredients
Sauce Beauty Deep Moisture Mask in Guacamole Whip, with Avocado, Argan Oil and Monoi Oil
Full size price: $9.99
Full size amount: 12 fl oz
A whipped avocado, Jarrah honey, argan oil, and monoi oil infused hair mask. Provides thick and creamy moisture to the hair.
I was able to get 2 uses out of this packet and I loved using it both times. Oftentimes a conditioning product will feel creamy but when it’s applied to the hair, the formula thins out. This hair mask doesn’t do that. I recommend this and would buy the full size for myself.
- Formulated without alcohol, gluten, parabens, salt and sulfates
RX Nut Butter Peanut Butter Nut and Protein Spread
Full size price: $15.99
Full size amount: 1.13 oz (Box of 10)
A high protein peanut butter snack made with simple ingredients. Can be used like regular peanut butter or eaten right from the package.
I haven’t tried this out yet but figure it is something that’s good too keep on hand for quick and healthy snacks. That is if you like peanut butter and egg whites. I’m a little apprehensive of this combo, but I know that egg whites have almost no flavor, so I’m sure you wouldn’t be able to tell.
Garnier SkinActive Glow Boost 2-in-1 Facial Mask & Scrub
Full size price: $8.99
Full size amount: 6.76 fl oz / 200 ml
A 2-in-1 face mask and scrub designed to give your skin a healthy glow. Made with apricot seed to exfoliate.
Final thoughts: Smells great. This was a very thick formula with big chunks of apricot seed. I applied a thick layer all over my face and let it sit for a few minutes before I started to “scrub.” It irritated my skin, nothing too bad, but my skin just doesn’t agree with physical exfoliants so I won’t be using it again. If you don’t mind this type of exfoliator, then you will probably like it.
- Made without sulfates, silicons, mineral oil, dyes, or parabens
Sundown Naturals Multi + Daily Immune Support with Vitamin C
Full size price: $9.26
Full size amount: 60 softgels (2 daily for a 30-day supply)
A daily supplement meant to support immune health. Features 8 essential vitamins and zinc.
I took this for several days and quite frankly forgot to continue. I did not experience any reactions or get sick. However, that’s not to say that it was because of these supplements because there is no way to tell.
- No gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives, sugar, soy, yeast, and fish
How to Sign Up for PINCHme
As I mentioned above, PINCHme is a great place to try new products where the only expectation is an honest review. The daily surveys and other offers they have are purely optional.
One last thing I’d like to mention is that they only offer a limited amount of free items once per month and you have to go to the website and select which you want. They won’t automatically send you anything because you’d have to be willing to go back and leave a review of the items you tried.
If you are interested in signing up, please visit this site.
If you like reading product reviews like the one above, be sure to also check out my other PINCHme and Influenster reviews. Otherwise, I’d love to know what you think about this article on how to get free stuff from PINCHme in the comments below.
